ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We aim to dispatch all orders within a 1 – 3 business day period, (excluding public holidays), Monday to Friday AEST for International orders and Monday to Friday PDT for US orders.
Express orders receive priority handling and are typically dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm AEST for International orders and 12:00pm PDT for US orders or on weekends will be dispatched from the next business day.
Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for order processing during promotions, restocks or holiday periods.
