Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation which will include your tracking number. USA parcels are sent via the Australia Post international service.

The Australia Post service crosses over to your national postal system as soon as it enters the destination country. In the USA our logistics partner is USPS. Click here to track your package via USPS. 

To make it easier for you, you can download the USPS app here to get more frequent updates and notifications on when your parcel will arrive. 

Alternatively, if you have created an account with us, you will be able to view the status of your order online when you log into your account. 

Please allow up to 12 hours for your tracking number to be active. 

During promotions, peak periods or public holidays, please allow between 2-5 additional business days for processing and handling. This is in addition to the shipping timeframe quoted at checkout.

We may experience unexpected delays on international parcels in selected areas.
