It is very important to us that you love your new Lack of Color hat! 

We will happily accept returns for store credit or exchange on all full priced items received within 14 days. Any returns made after this time will not be accepted for a return (unless delayed due to postage & handling). 

As we do not offer refunds, we ask you please be mindful when choosing your new LOC hat. 

LOC is happy to offer a credit note or exchange for items purchased, providing that the product is in original condition with tags attached.

How to Return

To return your items, follow the steps below to ship your items back in all original packaging, unworn and in original condition with all tags attached.

For store credit returns within the US, a return shipping label will be provided when your return request is submitted.  The cost of the return shipping label will be calculated when the request is submitted and deducted from your store credit.

For exchange returns within the US, a return shipping label will be provided when your return request is submitted. The cost of the return shipping label will be calculated and charged when the exchange request is submitted.

For international customers, returns are eligible for an online store credit only. International customers are to cover the cost of the return shipping. We recommend using a traceable service when posting your return to reduce the risk of theft or lost parcels and to track the progress of your return.
