ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We aim to dispatch all orders within a 24 – 48 hour period, Monday to Friday AEST.
Express orders placed before 2pm AEST will be dispatched the same day. Express orders placed after 2pm AEST or on weekends will be dispatched the following business day.
Orders placed during a promotion, re-stocking or holiday period, please allow an additional 1-3 business days for processing.

We offer standard and express shipping services on all orders.
All orders are sent via Australia Post and are sent with an "Authority to Leave".
Insurance on all orders is available at an additional $5 flat rate. This covers your item and all other associated costs. Rest assured if anything should happen, we have you covered!
Please note that we cannot cancel or update your order once your order has been processed or dispatched.

Lack of Color is not responsible for any delays caused by customs. Sometimes the shipping time exceeds the estimate due to factors outside of our control.
We are not responsible for any duty, taxes, and custom requirements or other things like taxes, fees, levies, costs or expenses associated with importing products you purchase from us and shipping them into your country.
We offer an alternative express service to EMS for all international orders shipped to the United States with DHL.
DHL is the fastest and has the most remote reach we currently offer. DHL orders arrive within 4-7 business days* once dispatched (depending on the destination). We therefore strongly advise customers to choose this service if your city doesn’t have a major sorting facility to ensure your parcel gets there and on time.

A limit of two items can be shipped per parcel with DHL Express.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation which will include your tracking number. USA parcels are sent via the Australia Post EMS international service.

The EMS service crosses over to your national postal system as soon as it enters the destination country. In the USA our logistics partner is USPS. Click here to track your package via USPS.
To make it easier for you, you can download the USPS app here to get more frequent updates and notifications on when your parcel will arrive.
Alternatively, if you have created an account with us, you will be able to view the status of your order online when you log into your account.
Please allow up to 12 hours for your tracking number to be active.
Unfortunately due to the size of our cartons which are in place to protect your item, we do not deliver to P.O Boxes or Parcel lockers.

We may experience unexpected delays on international parcels in selected areas.
