It is very important to us that you love your new LOC hat!
All return enquiries are to be made within 14 days of receiving your items. Any enquiries made after this date will not be accepted (unless delays have occurred with postage & handling). Due to Christmas and the Holiday season, we will offer an extended returns window. Please make all return enquiries as soon as possible during this period.
If for any reason, you are not happy with your order or would like a different size or style, you will need to follow the returns process for a store credit and repurchase the new item.
Please be mindful when choosing your LOC hat as we do not offer refunds for change of mind, however, we will happily discuss the details of your return further via email at email@example.com. Lack of Color is happy to offer a credit note for items purchased, providing that the product is in original condition with tags attached.
Please note, that any hat returned with make-up on the sweatband will not be accepted for a credit note.
All purchases on sale items are final. We do not accept returns or provide exchanges of any kind, on sale items - unless goods are deemed faulty.
All LOC pieces are thoroughly inspected and quality controlled to ensure our high-quality standards are adhered to. In the unlikely case of a fault please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not consider natural fibre flaws such as flecking, weave variations and loose straw ends as faulty.
- Full priced items are eligible for online store credit.
- 10% off welcome code - full priced items purchased with a welcome discount code are still eligible for a store credit.
- Sale or promotional items - we do not accept returns on sale items or any items sold at a reduced price including items purchased with a promotional code of more than 15% (unless the item is faulty). This includes Black Friday / Cyber Monday discounts.
- Faulty / Damaged items - please email us directly at email@example.com with your name + order number.
- Gift - please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information and we will discuss your return with you.
- Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags still attached
- Customers are to cover the cost of the return shipping (unless your items are deemed faulty by our team)

- We recommend using a traceable service when posting your return to reduce the risk of theft or lost parcels
- We do not currently offer exchanges as we cannot ensure all desired stock is available at any given time
How to Request a Return

- Once your request has been approved by our team, you will receive an email with your return information. Please check your junk mail as it can sometimes be redirected there.
- Please include your returns number in the parcel being returned to us.
Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If you received the incorrect item or a faulty item, we are sorry! A lot of effort goes into the preparation of our product. We are not a pick and pack business. We hand pick, clean and steam all hats prior to them being sent out to their new homes. All LOC pieces are thoroughly inspected and quality controlled to ensure our high-quality standards are adhered to.

Online Store Credit
An online store credit is issued in the form of an online gift card and is valid for 12 months from the date of creation.
Online store credit can only be used on our online store.
Please note that our store credit codes are available to be used in conjunction with a discount code at the checkout.
