We operate a “fair and reasonable” returns policy.
All return enquiries are to be made within 14 days of receiving your items. Any enquiries after this date will not be accepted (unless delays have occurred with postage & handling).
If for any reason, you are not happy with your order, Lack of Color is happy to offer a credit note for items purchased, providing that the product is in original condition with tags attached.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item unless goods are deemed faulty.
Please be mindful when choosing your LOC hat as we do not offer refunds for change of mind, however, we will happily discuss the details of your return with you further via email at email@example.com

All LOC pieces are thoroughly inspected and quality controlled before being sent out to their new homes, to ensure our high-quality standards are adhered to. In the unlikely case of a fault please contact us on email@example.com. Please note we do not accept natural fibre flaws such as flecking, weave variations and loose straw ends as faulty.
Please note, that any hat returned with make-up on the sweatband will not be accepted for a credit note.
Store Credits/Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the issued date.
All purchases on sale items are final. We do not accept returns or provide exchanges of any kind, on sale items - unless goods are deemed faulty.
