Returns

We'll happily accept returns on all full-priced items received within 14 days, providing the product is in original condition with tags attached. Any returns made after this time will not be accepted for a return (unless delayed due to postage and handling).

If you have placed an order containing the KORA Organics gift-with-purchase, please note that when making a return, you must return the gift-with-purchase item along with the LOC item/s. To be eligible for a return, the gift-with-purchase item must be unused and the seal must not be broken/opened.

Failing to return the gift-with-purchase in it's original condition will result in the value of the item being deducted from your return value.

 

'Final sale' items are non-refundable and cannot be returned/exchanged unless deemed faulty.

To return your items, follow the steps below to ship your items back in all original packaging, unworn and in original condition with all tags attached.
